Education opens the door to new opportunities and I have the honor of accompanying people on this journey for more than two decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am an educator, publicist, and lecturer focused on creating inclusive public policies, social innovations, and reducing inequalities in education. My ambition is to bring expert solutions that help schools and communities grow and move forward.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Vy\u0161tudoval som soci\u00e1lnu pr\u00e1cu na Pedagogickej fakulte Univerzity Komensk\u00e9ho v Bratislave, kde som nesk\u00f4r dokon\u010dil aj denn\u00e9 doktorandsk\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fadium v odbore pedagogika v \u00dastave humanitn\u00fdch \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed pod veden\u00edm nestora slovenskej pedagogiky, profesora Mirona Zelinu. Sedem rokov som p\u00f4sobil v Nad\u00e1cii otvorenej spolo\u010dnosti ako odborn\u00fd konzultant pre oblas\u0165 vzdel\u00e1vania. Moje odborn\u00e9 smerovanie v\u00fdrazne ovplyvnila aj \u0161tudijn\u00e1 st\u00e1\u017e v Dayton-e v \u0161t\u00e1te Ohio (USA), kde som sa venoval komunitn\u00e9mu organizovaniu a inkluz\u00edvnemu vzdel\u00e1vaniu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201ePrin\u00e1\u0161am nov\u00e9 poh\u013eady do vzdel\u00e1vania a soci\u00e1lnych polit\u00edk, prep\u00e1jam odborn\u00edkov a sk\u00fasenosti a rozv\u00edjam soci\u00e1lne inov\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 prispievaj\u00fa k inkl\u00fazii zranite\u013en\u00fdch skup\u00edn a posil\u0148ovaniu soci\u00e1lnej s\u00fadr\u017enosti.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Moje doteraj\u0161ie p\u00f4sobenie zah\u0155\u0148a pr\u00e1cu soci\u00e1lneho pracovn\u00edka, pedag\u00f3ga aj advok\u00e1ta pr\u00e1v det\u00ed a zranite\u013en\u00fdch skup\u00edn. Publikoval som stovky textov \u2013 od odborn\u00fdch anal\u00fdz a\u017e po publicistick\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky \u2013 ktor\u00e9 sa venuj\u00fa kritick\u00e9mu poh\u013eadu na stav verejn\u00fdch polit\u00edk a mo\u017enostiam, ako ich zlep\u0161ova\u0165. Spolupracoval som na n\u00e1rodn\u00fdch a medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdch projektoch, p\u00f4sobil som ako konzultant pre Radu Eur\u00f3py a vytvoril som viacero metodick\u00fdch sprievodcov, v\u00fdskumn\u00fdch \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed a analytick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov, ktor\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00fa budova\u0165 inkluz\u00edvnej\u0161ie prostredie v \u0161kol\u00e1ch a v spolo\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2012, I founded the educational organization eduRoma<\/a>,which I continue to lead to this day. For my work in the field of human rights, I received the international Human Rights Defender Award in 2016, presented to me by the U.S. Embassy in Slovakia during the administration of President Barack Obama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
