Workshopy a semináre
On Thursday, November 13, I once again led a workshop with kindergarten teachers in Podunajské Biskupice. They presented their desegregation plans for gradually building an inclusive environment for all children. I am very pleased with how the schools embraced this task and how well-thought-out their planned steps are. In my work, I drew on the School (De)Segregation Index, of which I am the author and which I am currently piloting in school settings.
I would like to express my gratitude to the Head of Education Office in Podunajské Biskupice, Svetlana Síthová, as well as to all principals and teachers. Thanks to this cooperation, I was able to support all primary and kindergarten schools in developing desegregation plans that gradually aim to eliminate the risk of segregation and strengthen inclusive education.
